Suspension frame made from different materials, including individually printed textile stretch fabric that is attached to the frame profile using a silicone clip sewn into the stretch fabric.
All our tension frames are meticulously crafted and easy to handle. All tension frames ensure a quick and easy change of motif. A special version is our light tension frame, which integrates a high-quality, low-maintenance LED light panel.
The aluminum tension frame profiles are available in a maximum length of 6 meters. A precision laser cut ensures the precise chamfer angle that meets the high demands of gallery owners and exhibition builders. Reordering replacement motifs is easy to handle, as the finished pre-assembled fabrics can be easily shipped rolled up and then replaced and tensioned without creases on site. Due to their transportability in particular, it was no problem to successfully transport the new fabric prints to exhibitions in Dubai or St. Petersburg.

DOUBLE:- Hanging max. size without stabilizer up to approx. 150 x 300 cm
- Hanging max. size with stabilizer up to approx. 150 x 600 cm
- Freestanding, max. size without stabilizer up to approx. 120 x 250 cm
- Freestanding max. size with stabilizer up to approx. 200 x 300 cm
- for larger solutions: 100 mm profile.
A stabilizer is a crossbar that is attached to the frame to prevent the aluminum profiles from sagging beyond a certain size.
- With the BASIC profile: No stabilizer is used here. The frame is only suitable for direct wall mounting.
- With the BIG profile: With the wall mounting, no stabilizer is also required here. If the frame is mounted free-hanging, a stabilizer is required from 1.70 lfm.
- With the DOUBLE profile: A stabilizer is necessary from 1.70 lfm.
- For the 100 mm profile: A stabilizer is necessary from 2.00 lfm.
- For the 150 mm profile: A stabilizer is necessary from 2.00 lfm.
Curved frames are possible, but this depends on the desired radius and volume.
- LED Thin: Up to 2 m2
- LED Module: Up to 2 m on one side (the other side can be extended to any length)
- LED Chain: For all XXL solutions
LED lighting has enormous advantages over fluorescent tubes. The energy consumption is significantly lower and the LED modules are lighter. This saves costs for electricity and transportation. A decisive advantage is also the 5x longer lifespan of the LEDs and the associated savings on replacement and maintenance.
Lumen: This is the total visible light flux emitted by a light source.
Lux: This is the intensity of the light. See the luminous flux that hits a surface, such as the fabric of a light fixture.
Kelvin: This describes the light color:
- 4,000 Kelvin – Warm light
- 6,000 Kelvin – Daylight
- 7,000 Kelvin – Cold (blue) light

For ‚simple‘ frames (unlit, without acoustics) in standard quantities, we have a delivery time of approximately 6-8 working days. Orders with lighting technology and larger quantities require a longer delivery time of approximately (15 working days).
